The pre-start checks include a re-load of the apparmor profile:

Please can you check that /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/mysql is
installed and if it is not then try re-installing apparmor:

  sudo apt-get install --reinstall -o DPkg::Options::="--force-confmiss"
apparmor

Hopefully this will resolve your issue.

I don't think this is actually a bug but a problem with your local
install - marking 'Invalid'.
