* debian/control: only depend on libseccomp-dev on i386 and amd64, and
switch to upstream-submitted seccomp patch (LP: #1037701)
* debian/rules: add '--with autorecon
The patch in the package is slightly different from the one sent
upstream. Will push the one from upstream (after testing on the arm
porter)
