   Okay, so I spun up a Ubuntu 12.10 box, and installed Munin 2.0.2 on
it from the repository.  It looks like munin-cgi-html is installed and
working correctly.
   However, all the graphs are broken.  munin-cgi-graph isn't getting
called, and it looks like that's because none of the image urls are
formed correctly.  The image paths in the HTML look like:

      http://myserver.com/basename/hostname.com/apache_accesses-day.png

   This despite having "html_strategy cgi", "graph_strategy cgi", and
"cgiurl_graph /cgi-bin/munin-cgi-graph" in munin.conf.

   So Munin is still broken out of the box on Ubuntu 12.10, as far as I
can tell.
