UPSTART_* environment variables aren't updated in tmux after an xsession
restart. This results in the initctl commands throwing up error about a missing
/com/ubuntu/Upstart/...
Workaround:
$ tmux set-option -g update-environment "DISPLAY SSH_ASKPASS SSH_AUTH_SOCK
SSH_AGENT_PID SSH_CONNECTION WINDOWID XAUTHORITY UPSTART_JOB UPSTART_EVENTS
UPSTART_SESSION UPSTART_INSTANCE"
