Please sync oslo-sphinx 2.5.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release.
  * debian/control: Add python-requests as build dependency.
  * New upstream release.
  * New upstream release.

The new upstream release is already included in Debian, as well.

Changelog entries since current wily version 2.5.0-0ubuntu1:

oslo-sphinx (2.5.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Added python-pbr and python-requests as new Depends.
  * Uploading to unstable.
  * Drops python-oslo.sphinx transition package after the release of Jessie.
  * Standards-Version: 3.9.6.
