On a related note, I see that the irqbalance package ships both a SysV init script in /etc/init.d/irqbalance as well as an Upstart job definition. That's rather confusing to a sysadmin, and could possibly lead to collisions? As I understand it, the SysV init script for an Upstart-managed service
