No; it should go upstream AFAICT.
I can regen with tabs; my fault for not checking what the source file
used.

@Ryan, thanks for the patch. Is there any reason the change should be Ubuntu

I just uploaded 1.0.62-1ubuntu1 to xenial for merge bug 1524982. That

Thanks Ryan for patch from upstream and testing though -- gave better
confidence for updating to latest upstream version.
Please test new version when it lands too, to make sure that I and/or
upstream didn't mess anything up.

Resolving this by cherry picking check on uid, and also allowing EACCES failure
due to username space.
The cherry pick could be dropped if we were to rebase on debian dev version
(tgt_1.0.61).

The key error appear to be:
Dec 04 15:54:29 x1 tgtd[3741]: can't adjust oom-killer's pardon
/proc/self/oom_score_adj, Permission denied
tgt insists on being able to change that file,
err = oom_adjust();

Oh, yeah, it definitely shouldn't fail on oom_adjust. I remember we had
to patch a few things because of that kind of stuff before.

So the right thing to do when writing to oom_score is:
- Try oom_score_adj first if it doesn't exist, silently fallback to oom_adj
- Don't fail if the file doesn't exist
- Don't fail if write gets you EACCESS
- Fail for all other return values

** Description changed:
- When trying to install tgt in an LXD container the post install script
