Public bug reported: With the release of Juju 2.0 a new charm-tools is planned to be released with this. charm-tools 2.0 is a huge jump in features from the 1.0.0 in the archive. It also becomes a suite of plugins to the new charm command being developed in Juju 2.0 - In general it brings about bug fixes and a new set of commands:
