This is on an ARM system, after running: sudo apt-get install mysql-
server php5 libapache2-mod-php5 php5-xsl php5-gd php-pear libapache2
-mod-auth-mysql php5-mysql

Part way through the mysql-server install, the installation just stopped.  Here 
are the last few messages I got:

I had to ctrl-c after about 30 min when I gave up on continuing on its
own.
