Changing an existing topology in this manner is not something upstream
Eucalyptus is likely to support anytime soon.
We should probably stress the importance of choosing the right topology
for your CLC/Walrus/CC/SC from the start, while you should be

Just to clarify:
- You have a full cloud controller + cluster controller + storage controller +
walrus on .1
- You want to move the SC/walrus part to .2
- Eucalyptus can't seem to deregister the SC from .1
I wouldn't be surprised if there were issues when trying to change an
existing topology.
