Binary package hint: nautilus

We are using Ubuntu 9.10 and Nautilus 2.28.1

Nov, 04, 2009

After recently updating to Ubuntu 9.1 the Public folder file sharing
with an iMac running OS-X.5.8 worked perfectly. We moved files back and
forth constantly with no problem. However after running Ubuntu's Update
Manager yesterday it stopped working. We always update files the Update
Manager suggests. The Mac's Public folder seems to connect however none
of the file in the public folder appear. When we try to copy a file from
the Ubuntu machine to the Mac it returns an error that "Operation not
supported by backend."

We also noticed that after selecting the share from the list the Label
reads: "Windows Shares on iMac." "Windows shares" were never mentioned
before.

We have not changed anything on the network or iMac side. Did something
change with the Nautilus network file sharing within the last few days?

Thanks!!
