I added the conflict to the right package, the reason why mysql-
cluster-5.1 basically its a fork of mysql with a newer version of the
ndb cluster option. Basically it needs its own copy of this library.

Adding a conflict is a questionable solution
The error message is :

So the libmysql-client package needs to conflict with libmysql-client
