Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: postfix

As of Lucid, one can choose a user's directory to be encrypted.
I chose this, and now, postfix only works if ALL users are logged in at the
same time.
With a user with an encypted home directory, it is a bad idea to use the
~/Maildir configuration.
Most of the time, this directory cannot be present.

Thus, if ANY user has an ecrypted home directory, postfix should NOT use
~/Maildir.
Also, if ANY new user is added with an ecrypted home directory, postfix should
be re-configured NOT use ~/Maildir.

Please also warn against this in manuals, e.g. het postfix serverguide
https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/serverguide/C/postfix.html

I am now trying to find out how to get back to mbox style.
I have not yet found a manual for that ....
