Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
As per Torsten's comment it would be great to see the output of euca-
describe-groups for the security group associated with the instances you
are trying to access.

Sorry, I was out of the office for a while and was not able to handle
this request
I used elasticfox, and yes added ssh port:
sysadmin@europe:~$ euca-describe-groups
GROUP build build Build group
PERMISSION build build ALLOWS icmp-1 -1 FROMCIDR
