others please ignore this.
If your system does not power off at all (including hang at reboot) you may
have fallen into this trap:
- install ipmitool

The version 1.8.11 is not longer supported. The current version is
4.0.17.
I close this bug
To close I set the status to Invalid. If the bug still occurs please
change the status to 'Confirmed'.
