Public bug reported: I had this service running under oneiric. After upgrade to precise it didn't start. Trying to start it manually:
jonsmirl@terra:/etc/init.d$ service tftpd-hpa start start: Rejected send message, 1 matched rules; type="method_call", sender=":1.94" (uid=1000 pid=6233 comm="start tftpd-hpa ") interface="com.ubuntu.Upstart0_6.Job" member="Start" error name="(unset)" requested_reply="0" destination="com.ubuntu.Upstart" (uid=0 pid=1 comm="/sbin/init") I then removed the package and reinstalled it. And the service now starts and works ok.
