Tested the proposed samba package on hardy x86 and everything is working
fine : no side effect caused by the patch and machine authentication is
now working fine even if there is no sambaPwdLastSet attribute in LDAP.

The ones of you having this issue: Are you by chance using the SFU
idmap? I've isolated my problem down to that I believe.
If not, see if you can grab the stack trace. The samba panic action
should put it in the log files.

The Catalina directory gets installed when you install one of the
applications packages (tomcat6-examples, tomcat6-docs,
tomcat6-admin...). But you're right, it should be created by the tomcat6
package itself.

I got a error with my mysql-database Server... but there told me, that it is
not compiled with -fomit-frame-pointer?
ok.. tried also innodb_force_recovery = 4 in my.cnf, but is dosnt help.
I run mysql with gdb an make a backtrace.. hope that we can find what's
