Here is what I've done to disable AppArmor on my system:
sudo invoke-rc.d apparmor stop
sudo update-rc.d -f apparmor remove
After this, everything on my system works smoothly,

This is apparently done by design (sharename = strdup_lower(argv[0]) in
net_usershare.c), so we cannot change it on our side without introducing a
behavior change with upstream. I'd suggest to bring this up on Samba bugzilla
if you want to convince them to change how this tool should behave ?
MySQL isn't running. Start it and run 'dpkg --configure -a'.

I have this (or similar problem)
I had to migrate slapd.conf to slapd.d. But upgrade still fails, similar
to above (Salik Rafiq). Sorry fot lack of detail, but it is a
production server in a virual environment. I have to rollback snapshot

Got the same problem and this is what i get when i run

I've tried to run apt-get install -reinstall postfix but with no luck.

I'd moved /var/lib to /home/var/lib (to save space) and made /var/lib a
