So the issue is more about DHCP3 dhclient hooks directly outputting
messages to root console rather than logging/redirecting them. Though
this can be fixed on a per-hook basis, this is not specific to the samba
hook.

I find odd the need to use the restart, the reload/force-reload should perform
the same action except of course for the immediate killing of all the
connections.
