Just replaced /etc/samba/smb.conf with /etc/samba/smb.conf.ucf-dist This brings back the second instance in the workgroup and still has the same error when I try to log in. From Ubuntu, the workgroup has only one instance of this computer and I can log into it as well. However, I still see the
