I think you may have some erroneous packages from some other source on
your system, as that version of libaio isn't in any supported release of
Ubuntu. This snippet shows the very old version:

Cobbler way of determining distro (by checking directory hierarchy) doesn't
work with mini.iso, do we want to keep it that way or improve distro detection
