It would be better if you could upload this bug info with apport-collect and that will get a full set of diagnostic logs. You might also want to install the -dbgsym package ( https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash ) that will get a much more detailed backtrace if you can't upload the crash
