I recompiled apache2 with debug symbols and -linsturment-functions as
follows:
$ export DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=debug nostrip
$ export DEB_CFLAGS_APPEND=-finstrument-functions
$ fakeroot apt-get source -b apache2
