I don't think the Ctrl-C handling is due to ssh, more like some tty or shell option of some sort. Bash _does_ print ^C when I press Ctrl-C but nothing else happens (no interrupt signal sent). There probably are two bugs here: * ssh hangs/creates zombies * bash does not propagate signals
