Ubuntu Jaunty,

which then gives errors every time it is run. This is easy to remove or
disable manually, but makes sense for it to be removed when uninstalled,

Public bug reported:
I got slapd installed with suffix dc=example, dc=com, which was not
what we needed.
I tried to rectify this by dpkg-reconfigure slapd, and entered the correct
suffix now on the
DNS doman name prompt.
However, the suffix remained the same, as if I didn't change anything,

Public bug reported:
The axis2/c package currently in karmic (1.6.0-0ubuntu4) segfaults under
load, causing the eucalyptus CC to crash after a few minutes of uptime.
Currently, I have been unable to get a stacktrace when running in a

I'm not sure that there is a good way to tell from a script whether they
have been registered, but I can say that the registration command is
idempotent. One can run 'euca_conf --register-walrus ip' many times,
and only the first time will have any effect (consecutive runs will
succeed, but the
Public bug reported:
Immediately after installing a UEC front-end (cluster), the next steps:
euca_conf --register-walrus ip of local machine
euca_conf --register-cc clusname ip of local machine
euca_conf --register-sc clusname ip of local machine

I experience exactly the same problem.
Workaround fix is:
Edit file /etc/php5/apache2/conf.d/suhosin.ini
Add/change line to read: suhosin.session.encrypt=off
You may also need to edit file /etc/php5/conf.d/suhosin.ini if it is not

Probably same
Just to verify the workaround above of disabling the session encryption
seems to be working so far.
