Talked it over with jdstrand, and the conclusion is that we will add another
deny rule (or better yet, extend the existing one), to stop the log spamming.
I've attached the rule suggested by jdstrand.
We can't really reproduce this bug but the rule can be added safely as it
doesn't change the

I realized this also not listed as a depends of nova-compute, and I
think the dependency is probably there.
It would seem the best solution would be for the ubuntu qemu-kvm source package
to create a qemu-utils package like debian's.

Tested the package on Oneiric and Natty (from -proposed) it installs and seems
to work corretly.
I didn't do exhaustive tests with other apps, only mimedefang (for checking bug
#829089), but there were no major changes to the package, only apparmor stuff.

As acpid is required in guest VMs for the Upstart pre-stop procedure to
work, I'd like to suggest that acpid be included by default in Ubuntu
