I can reproduce this with openssh-client 1:5.8p1-7ubuntu1.
I downloaded and compiled OpenSSH_5.9p1 and that version does not have
the bug.

Openstack is looking for lun-0, but the device shows up on my Oneiric
install as lun-1.
