[Bug 1037055] Re: winbind does not refresh kerberos tickets

2013-03-06 Thread Robie Basak
@styro

Thanks for testing my package and sorry I haven't taken this further
yet. I need to prepare an SRU. But this week is UDS, Linaro Connect and
Raring Feature Freeze so I'm a bit tied up. I appreciate the reminder
and please do poke me again if I haven't done anything by next week.

[Bug 994779] Re: changing the IP address of the maas server requires a reinstall

2013-03-06 Thread David Fischer
I do no if this is the right answer to your question but I faced the
same kind of problem : The MaaS web user interface became unrecheable
after changing the IP address of my controller.

The solution was to reconfigure a lot of MaaS related packages :

dpkg --get-selections | grep maas

Here is the output :

maas install
maas-cliinstall
maas-cluster-controllerinstall
maas-common install
maas-region-controller install
python-django-maas  install
python-maas-clientinstall
python-maas-provisioningserver install

I reconfigured the packages :

$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure maas-region-controller
$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure maas-cluster-controller
$ sudo ...
$ sudo reboot

... All works fine now !

Hope it helps.

@psivaa,

I can't reproduce this any more. Are you saying that happened to you in
the last 15 hours (since my last commit to the utah server testsuite),
or that that is what happened to you at comment #8?

If you havent re-run since comment #8, can you please do so? The tests
all pass for me here now.

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

'Drag and Drop' and 'Copy and Pase' doesn't work when I install Ubuntu
in a VMware virtual machine between guest and host.

Here's what I tried so far:
-set suid flag for vmware-user-suid-wrapper (see bug report #1149811)
-made sure /tmp/VMwareDnD exists
-mounted vmbock
-installed libgtkmm-3.0 and libgtkmm-2.4 as suggested here:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Installing_Arch_Linux_in_VMware#COPY_AND_PASTE

I've attached the current open-vm-tools init script I'm using right now.
If I start the script and run vmware-user-suid-wrapper I don't see any
error messages but 'Drag and Drop' still doesn't work

[Bug 1144873] Re: lxc-execute: Failed to find an lxc-init Error during lxc smoke tests

2013-03-06 Thread Parameswaran Sivatharman
Yes at present the tests in amd64 are hanging. I ran it a couple of
times and every time the tests with amd64 installations hang
indefinitely (until I forcefully abort the tests). The test-lucid was
still running after more than 3 hours.

The tests in with i386 installations seem to pass after the latest
fixes (revno 87)

Ok I really can't reproduce this now. Can you leave it running for, say
twice as long as it takes to complete on i386, then long in as user utah
into the kvm vm and show the results of each of:

ps -ef
lxc-ls --fancy
lxc-ps -n test-lucid -- -ef

To go further, upstream seem to be hostile to this in principle, each
