I can't believe this bug still exists in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Is OCFS2 so

using the VM creation wizard in the virt-manager GUI, which worked

Thanks for opening this bug. I was surprised that we didn't have one open as
just about everyone has seen this.
Just googling [1] came up with a lot of data. The most hopeful seems to
be bug 510866. It has a merge proposal that reportedly fixed this issue
for ubuntu one at [2].
