From the logs, the local datasource for cloud-init is not claiming the
datasource on the first run. If you run cloud-init again, it claims the
data source again.

CVE-2013-2465 is a CVE against Java, although it is against Oracle Java.
It's not immediately clear to me whether or not this vulnerability is
also applicable to openJDK. Can you confirm that this vulnerability
does not apply to openJDK (or that it is already patched in this
version)?

The Java.Exploit.CVE_2013_2465 virus takes advantage of unpatched
versions of Java and OpenJDK which are vulnerable to CVE-2013-2465. The
signature isn't meant to detect the vulnerability itself, but a specific
piece of malware that targets it.

I've had a problem on the cluster with drbd 8.3 when the host where your
package was installed.
The power was lost and when it was restored, the drbd resources did not
connect. It may be related to your package or not, I'm unsure.

Thanks, that is an interesting strace. What is 192.0.2.69 - is that the
host? Could you also start the daemon in the container by hand under
strace for a few seconds so we can see exactly how fd 6 is created?
