I have found the SOLUTION (in my case) on a Debian site, summarizing as:
"Fix your LD_LIBRARY_PATH or /etc/ld.so.conf (or equivalent) setup."
when I removed the 'export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/lib:~/libexec', the error
