I have resolved enlistment issues by editing manually generator variable
in pserv.yaml for a standalone cluster controller and now the standalone
cluster controller seem to be used for enlistment. However install fails
and clearly in the last installation steps when cloud-init runs

Thank you for the suggestions Gary. I realized that my problem is caused
by the router firmware. Basically, they introduced loopback blocking and
I couldn't connect from the same network even using the external IP.
