I asked Steve Langasek to reject the unapproved upload of php7.1 so that
I can do a proper SRU version, now that Bionic is open.

Ok, we managed to change the code a bit to support running tests with python
3.4, which is in trusty. But we did that for master only:

Then a following packaging change to run the tests at
They are disabled because not all ubuntu releases have the python
version we need to run the tests. Note that python is not used at
runtime, but it's needed for the tests.

I filed a bug in bugzilla.samba.org in the CifsVFS "project", but I'm
not 100% it's the right place. I don't know if they are upstream of the
cifs code in the kernel, or if that's some old implementation that is no
longer used.
