9.15 is a devel release (odd), so not a good series to track for 20.04.
9.16 is their next extended support version, but I don't think it will
be released in time for 20.04. The ESV versions have 4 years of support.

9.11, which is where we are at, will be supported until the end of 2021.
I don't know what happened to 9.14, but stable (even) releases are
supported for 1y only, with the exception when they are also labeled as
ESV, which will the case with 9.16 when it comes out.

All that being said, I'm about to merge 9.11.14, which will have the fix
mentioned in comment #2
