Well my env has active directory but let me take a look at openldap see
how hard it would be to setup in some basic fashion.

We've had this issue since we moved from svn+ssh to our http based svn with
ldap auth. That move also took us from RHEL5 to Hardy so I've been seeing this
issue in our apache logs since a week after hardy was out.
We have about 40 svn devs and today alone the:
