Public bug reported:
I just tried to uninstall the package and it crashed.
ProblemType: Package
Architecture: i386
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.04
ErrorMessage: subprocess pre-removal script returned error exit status 2
NonfreeKernelModules: wl
Package: slapd 2.4.15-1ubuntu3
SourcePackage: openldap
Hi Chuck
I already fixed the problem. I found a compressed cn=config.ldif.gz
file. I uncompressed that file and then the removal didn't fail.
I guess that just adding the empty file won't work since it searches for
the PID in the file.
Regards
Diego.

I forgot to say that I deleted one of the extra slashes in the sed
command (the one that searches for the cn-config.ldif).
