[Bug 1211107] [NEW] network manager openvpn dns push data not updating resolv.conf

2013-08-11 Thread Aidan Walton
Public bug reported:

When IPv4 Method is set to Automatic VPN, DNS address recieved from
OpenVPN server do not update resolv.conf.

This can be achieved when using a standard openvpn config file by adding
the lines:

script-security 2
up /etc/openvpn/update-resolv-conf
down /etc/openvpn/update-resolv-conf

In Network-manager there seems to be no option to run connection
specific scripts and the DNS data from the server is ignored.

Ubuntu 13.04
Network-manager 0.9.8.0-0ubuntu6

** Affects: openvpn (Ubuntu)
 Importance: Undecided
 Status: New

[Bug 987535] [NEW] Javascript under /static/horizon isn't served

2012-04-23 Thread Calvin Walton
Public bug reported:

Similar to Bug #980787

When I browse the horizon page, my web browser gets 404 errors on all the files
under /static/horizon - including some js required for functionality.
Adding the line:

  Alias /static/horizon /usr/share/pyshared/horizon/static/horizon

to /etc/apache2/conf.d/openstack-dashboard.conf
fixes the issue.

A few additional notes: I'm running openstack-dashboard 2012.1-0ubuntu5
on Precise, with the openstack-ppa/latest-milestone-test ppa enabled.

[Bug 231428] Re: package openssh-client 1:4.7p1-8ubuntu1.2 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2

2008-12-13 Thread Kevin Walton
I still did have this issue - subsequent package upgrades would work,
but it would always complain about openssh-client. I recently had a HD
failure, so I've reinstalled with a new drive and therefore won't be
able to provide further info unfortunately.

[Bug 306821] Re: Network servers are not refreshed properly

2008-12-10 Thread A. Walton
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 209520 ***
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/209520

It looks to me like you are running into the same issues as described in
bug 209520; if you cannot mount the share and gvfsd-smbbrowse doesn't
see it, gvfsd-network will never see the shares in the first place.

** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 209520
