It appears that this issue is still present in the haproxy package
currently available in trusty-backports
(1.5.4-1ubuntu2.1~ubuntu14.04.1), so anyone using that package would
still be affected by this issue.

Anyone able to share an update on this bug? Is manual named.conf.options
mangling still the only viable option to fix this?

Public bug reported:
Copied from upstream bug at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1092208:
When creating an RBD volume with 'virsh vol-create-as', the newly
created volume gets a stripe unit of 1 byte and a stripe count of

libvirt-bin 1.1.1 (which ships in Ubuntu Cloud Archive for Havana) is
affected by this upstream bug:

Current workaround where applicable: downgrade to 0.9.8 (ships in
Precise) or 1.0.2 (ships in Cloud Archive for Grizzly)
@mdieder, you do realize that qemu+tcp://%s-x/system will only work in
a situation like the one I originally described? I.e. you have to have a

For anyone else affected by this issue, please see Bug #987473.
In this case, it was apparently caused by the presence of double quotes around
the --live_migration_uri and
--live_migration_flag values. Removing the double quotes immediately made the
issue go away.
** Changed in: nova
Closing as invalid, as this is more of a documentation on general
config-file parsing issue, rather than one caused by nova-compute
directly.

AFAICT, the /etc/drbd.d/global_common.conf that ships in maverick does
not contain any (enabled) on-io-error option, thus the default of
pass_on applies.
And, please follow http://www.drbd.org/users-guide/s-first-time-up.html
(and the following pages).
