Ok,
** Description changed:
After rebooting a host, nova-compute fails to restart guests VM because
- the network is not configured correctly. I have
- resume_guests_state_on_host_boot=true and
- start_guests_on_host_boot=true flags in /etc/nova/nova.conf
+ the interface used to create vlan
** Also affects: nova
