Public bug reported: After installing Request Tracker 4.0.10 on Ubuntu server 12.10 running as a guest of VMWARE Workstation 9.0.2 build-1031769 (NAT mode), installing the ExternalAuth plugin and enabling it, apache segfalts on restart. An identical configuration runs fine in a non-vmware Ubuntu 12.04 box.
