Public bug reported: Good Day . . .
Kubuntu 12.04.2 (latest updates) / NUT Monitor 1.3 (2.6.3-1ubuntu1.1) / APC Back-UPS RS 1500G My boot.log contains the error - "udevd[433]: can not find '/etc/udev/rules.d/62-nut-usbups.rules': No such file or directory" Several boots caused the same message - persistent Searches suggest to me that the issue was also found in CENTOS but was apparently resolved with an updated version of NUT. I see no outward signs of a problem but I have never had the unit serve its purpose yet - no power failures This may be related. Running upsmon gives me, "Network UPS Tools upsmon 2.6.3 Using power down flag file /etc/killpower Fatal error: insufficient power configured! Sum of power values........: 0 Minimum value (MINSUPPLIES): 1 Edit your upsmon.conf and change the values." My MINSUPPLIES is set to 1 There is a command to printout a list from NUT but I don't know (or can't remember) the command. Hope this helps. If you need anything else don't hesitate to contact me. ** Affects: nut (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to nut in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1209020 Title: nut - "udevd[433]: can not find '/etc/udev/rules.d/62-nut- usbups.rules': No such file or directory" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nut/+bug/1209020/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
