Its resolved now, there were few permissions issues for different users on my
machine.
I did the full install again on fresh Virtual system and it worked well :-) .

I would suspect that your keystone user credentials are the problem when
accessing mysql; but from the information above I can't actually confirm
that; it would be helpful to have the commands that you ran to create
the users.
Did you follow a particular install guide?
