A new version of Python 2.7 is going to be introduced in Ubuntu 14.04. This
version of python includes support for PEP 476 - Enabling certificate
verification by default for stdlib http clients

the Juno cloud archive for 14.04.
Lets split this from the icehouse point release and do it as a specific
