Thank you for filing this bug report. Per the output:
modified.conffile..etc.apache2.mods-available.php7.0.conf: [deleted] modified.conffile..etc.apache2.mods-available.php7.0.load: [deleted] You have deleted the apache2 configuration for the php7.0 module. If your goal was to disable PHP support in apache2, you should either remove the libapache2-mod-php metapackage, or run `sudo a2dismod php7.0` (I think on the latter, it might be `sudo a2dismod php`). As this appears to be a local configuration issue, I'm marking it as incomplete. If you feel that is incorrect, please provide a comment indicating why and mark it as New. ** Changed in: php7.0 (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server, which is subscribed to php7.0 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1761370 Title: package libapache2-mod-php7.0 7.0.28-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/php7.0/+bug/1761370/+subscriptions -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
