[Bug 302786] Re: PHP5 Realpath function
Hi, This is a serious regression; how come it was marked as fixed? I would prefer to run the current LTS for my application, but if realpath returns non-false on non-existent files then that's not possible. I could wait for Lucid, I suppose; isn't 8.04.4 out soon? -- PHP5 Realpath function https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/302786 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to php5 in ubuntu. -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs

[Bug 302786] Re: PHP5 Realpath function
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. This bug did not have a package associated with it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper developers. You can learn more about finding the right package at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage . I have classified this bug as a bug in PHP5. For future reference you might be interested to know that a lot of applications have bug reporting functionality built in to them. This can be accessed via the Report a Problem option in the Help menu for the application with which you are having an issue. [Bug 302786] Re: PHP5 Realpath function
I can confirm this bug in the Hardy php5 version (5.2.4-2ubuntu5.5) In Intrepid and Jaunty realpath() seems to behave properly. If it matters; I used php5-cli for the testing. ** Changed in: php5 (Ubuntu) Status: New = Confirmed -- PHP5 Realpath function https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/302786 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Server Team, which is subscribed to php5 in ubuntu. -- Ubuntu-server-bugs mailing list Ubuntu-server-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-server-bugs
