I've got the problem as well, Apache is not listening to IPv6 and any attempt to add Listen [::]:80 or anything of the like results in an error. FYI, Debian's Apache runs IPv6 with no problem at all, and by default (did not have to change anything in the conf to get it to listen to tcp6). --
