Attempting to reproduce with current oneiric euca2ools snapshot did not
reproduce this issue, therefore marking Fix Released.
It's probable that this was infact an issue with the ec2 api
implementation.

I don't agree, it's a bug. Even if it has low impact, the fact that we
cannot trust most of the euca* tools to return the right return codes
has caused us high amounts of pain in the past.
