@Scott: Thanks for testing. I think I was a bit too fast on this one. I think you are right. They are rebooting, but all of my HVM instances took a very long to reboot yesterday: 10 min. So i thought they were stuck and I terminated them. I will do some more testing on this and report back if

Apparently the fix hasn't made it into the daily releases of Natty on EC2. This is especially troublesome for someone trying to boot a HVM instance with CUDA enabled, because a reboot is needed after installation of the NVIDIA dev drivers. Here is a one-liner for a quick fix: sudo perl -pi -e
