ndefontenay: what release are you seeing this in? I can't reproduce the lstat() warnings; however, the Fatal Error due to the PEAR::raiseErro() typo unfortunately affects all releases. I'm currently testing the fix for this, and will hopefully be able to release it soon. Thanks for your patience

I have a /tmp that will be emptied on reboot. I don't know about anyone else, but I thought the cache should be a little more persistent. I personally have change the location: mkdir /var/cache/pear pear config-set cache_dir /var/cache/pear I suggest that's a little more appropriate and should
