This is an issue with libmysqlclient16. Anyway, in the archive, there is not
version 7. Just to check, can you paste hte result of the following command:
apt-cache policy libmysqlclient16

In Synaptic, you have that 'weird' packages in Installed (Local or
obsolete) state.
